Processing is from expeller pressing the chopped and dried coconut meat. Production supplies from this certified producer are exclusively for Assured Organics distribution. It is important to know that our oil is not fermented, a process that impairs the healing ability of the oil.

Dr Mary Enig and Dr Bruce Fife and have gathered research and studies from recent years to show the benefits of consuming medium chain triglycerides (MCT) acids such as are found in virgin coconut oil. They report reduced levels of viruses and of bacteria in tests done patients using coconut oil in its unrefined state.
